ESF-10 ASSB: Contacting system for solid-state battery cells
The ESF-10 ASSB is used to contact and carry out life tests on all-solid-state battery cells in pouch format. The pouch cell is equipped on the plug-in card. The plug-in card is then integrated into the overall system via the integrated connector and thus connected to the cell test system.
The contact system is specially designed for use with all-solid-state battery cells. It is characterized by its adaptability to the test chamber and cell sizes and its particularly robust construction
KS-UCF: Contacting system for prismatic cells with opposing contacts
The KS-UCF is used to contact prismatic cells with opposite cell contacts. The prismatic cell is inserted from the front and fully contacted by closing the front contact element. The well thought-out design makes optimal use of the test space and cells can be tested reproducibly.
In addition to connection options for further measurements, the contact system also offers the option of active cooling directly on the contact element.
VCBM: The cell balancing module
Das VCBM ist als eigenständige Einheit im Modul-Testing einzusetzen. Es besteht aus mehreren Balancing-Einheiten mit jeweils bis zu 16 Kanälen. Pro angeschlossenem Modul wird zudem eine COM-Einheit angeschlossen.
Das VCBM ist ein BMS-Substitut, welches die einzelnen Zellen vor und während des Testens ausbalanciert. Die einzelnen Kanäle im VCBM sind galvanisch voneinander isoliert.
